At The Halifax Watch Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition. Please note that customized or resized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our Halifax retail location with your original order number and receipt to begin the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch back in its original manufacturer packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and any protective plastic coverings that were included.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or simply hand it to one of our in-store associates.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
